Strategic Solutions Manager

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategic Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and our technical product capabilities. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of bespoke solutions that drive long-term value for our enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, navigating cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

• Client Strategy & Consulting: Partner with enterprise sales teams to identify high-potential opportunities and develop tailored solution roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above client expectations.
• Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive business workflows and technical frameworks that solve complex organizational challenges.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for optimization.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to position our offerings as the premier solution in the market.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise account management.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), SQL, and data visualization tools.

Communication

Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Problem Solving

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on creative and scalable solutioning.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to life up to 25 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

10-15% travel to customer sites may be required based upon project needs.
