Technical Lead

About the Role

E470 is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to bridge solution architecture and engineering execution. In this role, you will maintain our stable .NET and SQL Server stack while guiding our architectural transition toward a cloud-native, microservices-based ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Design: Build scalable solution blueprints, APIs, data flows, and integrations aligned with business objectives.
• Lead & Mentor: Serve as the primary technical authority, conducting design/code reviews and guiding engineering teams.
• Drive Modernization: Champion microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-On Oversight: Resolve complex technical bottlenecks, enforce clean code standards, and support sprint execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.
• Core Tech Stack: C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Modern Stack Experience: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Event Buses (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue), and Cloud/DevOps (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Legacy migration experience and architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF).
