We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting and IT Service Management experience to support production applications and services in a regulated/banking technology environment.

• Networking Fundamentals & Service Dependencies
• RCA, Post-Incident Reviews & Runbook Development
• Automation and Toil Reduction
• Change/Release, DR Testing & Production Readiness

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting production environments in a regulated environment, preferably banking/financial services
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, infrastructure, network and vendor teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize effectively during high-severity incidents
