Reservation Agent - PM Shift

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team for the PM shift. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their reservations, providing information about our resort, handling cancellations or changes to reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in using reservation software or the ability to learn new software quickly
  

**Responsibilities:**

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservations
  
• Providing information about services, rates, and availability
  
• Handling cancellations and changes to reservations as needed
  
• Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
  
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  
• Following company policies and procedures to provide high-quality service
  

**Working Hours:**

This position is for the PM shift, with specific hours to be determined based on business needs. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
