Location: Grinnell, IA (Remote position)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Guidewire Data Developer with strong Guidewire querying and insurance data experience to support data migration, analysis, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex Guidewire queries for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
• Analyze Guidewire insurance data across policy, claims, billing, and related data domains.
• Support end to end data migration, including extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.
• Investigate data quality issues and perform source to target validation.
• Collaborate with business, Guidewire, and data teams to understand data requirements and resolve migration issues.
• Develop data queries and reports to support migration and business validation.

Required Skills

• Strong Guidewire Query skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance data and data structures.
• Hands on data migration experience.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Guidewire data models and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Experience with Guidewire Data Studio or similar Guidewire data tools.
• Guidewire certifications are beneficial but not required.
