BUILD THE PLATFORM THAT POWERS INDIA'S ARTIST ECONOMY
Dream Stage is not just building a product. We're building the infrastructure behind a new creative

We're looking for a developer who loves building real things. Someone who can wire up an AI agent,
ship a clean UI, and figure things out in a fast-moving 0 to 1 environment.
You'll work directly with the founding team on features that real artists, organizers, and mentors will
use from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and integrate AI agents into platform workflows using n8n or similar automation tools
• Develop frontend components using React, Next.js, or similar JS frameworks
• Build and consume REST APIs connecting frontend and backend systems
• Handle and query real data, artist profiles, bookings, and event records
• Collaborate with the founding team to ship features fast and iterate quickly
• Maintain version control using Git in a collaborative build

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Basic proficiency in a JS framework (React, Next.js, or similar). You don't need to be an expert, but
you should have built something real with it
• Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate, essential for a platform
connecting artists, organizers, and mentors
• Familiarity with Git and version control, non-negotiable even at an early stage
• Ability to read and write basic database queries, Dream Stage handles artist profiles, bookings,
and event data
• Problem-solving under ambiguity. At a 0 to 1 startup, specs change fast and you'll need to figure
things out without hand-holding
