Delivery and Solutions Manager

SplashBI is looking for a Delivery and Solutions Manager to direct, organize and lead projects for implementation of SplashBI products and services across new and existing customer base. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects.

For Atlanta based candidates this is a hybrid position. For candidates outside Atlanta metro area, this is a fully remote position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead for SpalshBI projects delivery and implementation activities. Perform the technical lead role and coordinate directly with clients and consulting and support functions with in SplashBI for successful execution of the project
• Partner with Product Owners, Area Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Legal, Risk, Operations, Design and Technology teams to define, prioritize and deliver solutions aligned with the product vision, business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Leverage strong Oracle ERP functional and technical experience to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and drive successful delivery from requirements through implementation and adoption.
• Work closely with Product Owners and product teams on continuous backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning and execution of the product/delivery roadmap.
• Own delivery of existing BI & Analytics capabilities and lead the definition, development and implementation of new features and enhancements across Finance, SCM and/or HCM modules.
• Define and document epics, features, user stories, business requirements, functional requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable for delivery teams.
• Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and implement process improvements, automation, integrations and system enhancements across Oracle ERP.
• Provide hands-on user training, knowledge transfer and support for business adoption of Oracle ERP capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear visibility into product priorities, roadmap, delivery progress, risks and outcomes.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with significant experience in one or more of the following functional areas:
• Oracle Financials
• Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP solution design, implementation, enhancement and delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Finance, SCM and/or HCM, with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Demonstrated career progression from a technical/functional Oracle ERP background into a product, program or delivery leadership role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, story definition, prioritization, release planning and iterative delivery.
