We are looking for a Power BI Analyst to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise reporting solutions while handling ad hoc analytics and data requests across business and technology teams.

🔑 Must-Have Skills

• Strong Power BI experience

• DAX, Power Query & Data Modeling

• Power BI report/dashboard development and maintenance

• Report performance optimization & troubleshooting

• Data analysis across multiple systems

• Strong SQL and enterprise data experience

• Ability to understand complex datasets and business processes quickly

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Azure

• Databricks

• SharePoint

• Operational Readiness / Technology Reporting

• Program Management or Healthcare reporting experience

• Enterprise data platforms
