Assistant controller

CPA from a Big 4 firm internship - advantage
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
Extensive knowledge in US GAAP
Experience auditing of Global companies
Experience as controller/assistant in Global Hi-Tech companies, an advantage
Must be fluent in English
Independent, detail oriented, a team player, a great multitasker
Willingness to commit to the job and for long hours when needed
Strong Excel skills

Responsibility over the subsidiaries in different countries
Month-end closing processes
Monitoring accounting in accordance with US-GAAP
Responsibility over the payroll and suppliers
Financial analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly results for the subsidiaries P&L and BS
Compliance with the local law and taxes in different countries, including filing of tax and statutory reports
Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks
