Role: AI Engineer

Location: Canada (100% Remote)

Type: 12-24 months contract

Required Skills

• Python, REST APIs, GraphQL
• Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini, Llama
• Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Azure AI Services and Databricks
• AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI-SDLC
• AI architecture, solution design, and prototyping
• Experience building enterprise AI applications
• Strong software engineering fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities and use cases
• Define AI architectures, patterns, and best practices
• Build integrations with enterprise platforms, tools, and data sources
• Develop prototypes, PoCs, and production-ready AI solutions
• Drive AI governance, AI-SDLC, and Responsible AI practices
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams
• Provide technical leadership, solutioning, and innovation
