About the job

Eros is building sovereign cultural AI: systems designed to make advanced intelligence culturally relevant, rights-aware, governable, and commercially useful. We are bringing together a major film and media catalog, a new AI platform, and a founding team to build products for consumer, government, enterprise, and institutional use.

We are hiring a senior AI Product Lead to take an AI-powered learning platform from initial launch into durable India-first consumer growth and enterprise readiness. The product serves individual learners first, with government and institutional delivery behind it. The role combines product judgment, program ownership, customer discovery, and disciplined execution across a distributed engineering team.

This is a full-time leadership role, not a project-coordinator position or strategy-only advisory engagement. Strategy is set at chairman and venture leadership level, with fixed launch milestones. You will own delivery, scope, acceptance criteria, and the operating rhythm within that ambitious strategy.

What you will own

  • Translate an ambitious product vision into a bounded 30, 60, and 90-day roadmap.
  • Define and evolve the core learner journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria, instrumentation, and release gates.
  • Decide what is in scope, what is deferred, and what evidence is required before expanding.
  • Coordinate platform, product-engineering, content, design, data, and evaluation contributors across time zones.
  • Run weekly planning, risk, decision, and acceptance reviews without creating unnecessary process.
  • Design feedback loops that distinguish user preference, learning outcomes, model quality, safety, and operational failure.
  • Take an India-first consumer product from initial launch into durable growth while building a credible path to government, enterprise, and institutional delivery.

You are likely a fit if you have

  • Five or more years owning products or complex programs, with at least one zero-to-launch product.
  • Direct ownership of an AI, consumer, learning, workflow, or content product used by real customers.
  • Strong evidence that you can turn incomplete inputs into clear priorities and make defensible tradeoffs.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and evaluating whether a feature is actually ready to ship.
  • Excellent written artifacts, async communication, and cross-time-zone delivery habits.
  • Comfort discussing LLM behavior, evaluation, telemetry, privacy, and failure modes without pretending to be the platform engineer.

Strong pluses include India-first consumer product experience, consumer growth, edtech, assessment, adaptive learning, enterprise or government delivery, multilingual products, or managing external engineering partners.

To apply, please address these questions

  1. Name one AI, consumer, or learning product you personally took from ambiguity to launch. What did you own, what shipped, and what measurable outcome followed?
  2. Describe a major feature or launch you deliberately cut or delayed. What evidence drove the decision?
  3. How would you structure the first 90 days after launch for an India-first AI learning product when engineering capacity, content readiness, and model quality are all uncertain?
  4. Share one sanitized artifact you created, such as a roadmap, PRD, launch plan, decision memo, or operating review.
  5. Are you seeking a long-term full-time role, and how many hours of reliable overlap can you provide with US Eastern time?
