Who You Are
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything including engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture and strategy. You will work directly with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to influence every aspect of the platform.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Typescript, PostgreSQL, Python, AI powered Coding
5+ years backend development experience
Good product intuition and user empathy
Solid engineering fundamentals and system design capabilities
Strong communication skills
Enjoy the fast pace of a startup and be able to work independently
