Senior Multimedia Designer

TAG is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team to help bring ideas to life

through typography, photography, illustration, color, layout, and motion. At TAG, you'll play a

pivotal role in developing brands, crafting impactful communications, and working closely

with a team of copywriters, account managers, videographers, and developers to produce

award-winning creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging print, digital and OOH ads for various campaigns.

• Creating compelling website designs that align with client objectives.

• Contributing to branding projects, including logo design and brand identity

development.

• Developing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and collateral.

• Designing social media graphics that resonate with target audiences.

• Designing interior and exterior signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.

• Collaborating with copywriters, account managers, and other team members to

deliver outstanding creative work.

• Work with vendors to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of finalized projects.

• Participate in client meetings, providing creative input and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Experience with website design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, etc.).

• Portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

environment.

• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

What makes you stand out:

• Knowledge of print production.

• Experience with Google Web Designer/HTML5 banner ads.

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI Design best practices.

• Understanding of and designing for ADA compliance.
