Sr Analyst - Data Analytics

Maximus is in search of a Sr. Analyst - Data Analytics to help support our Federal Student Aid (FSA) portfolio, where you will play a critical role in transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that drive program performance and enhance customer outcomes. In this role, you will develop and deploy advanced analytical methods, create and implement KPIs, and leverage tools such as SQL and Python to work with large enterprise datasets. You will act as a trusted partner across multiple projects, guiding stakeholders on data usage, performance improvements, and solution maturity. This position also focuses on modernizing the data ecosystem through automation, scalable pipelines, and the integration of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enable predictive insights and improve efficiency. You will collaborate cross-functionally to build reusable data products, support governance and data quality initiatives, and evaluate emerging technologies to advance analytics capabilities.
