Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) — Vertical SaaS

SPCTR is the operating system for gaming creator agencies — the software that runs their entire back office. It's built, shipping, and has real users. I'm the solo founder, moving it toward a multi-tenant white-label architecture, getting ready to onboard to a well know accelerator and I need a strong builder to own that while I focus on customers and growing our team.

What you'd own:

• The multi-tenant / white-label build
• Shipping features end-to-end with real users on the other side

Our stack:

• Next.js 15 + React + TypeScript, Tailwind
• Supabase (Postgres + RLS + Auth), server actions for mutations, pgvector in production
• Vercel for now
• OpenAI, Resend, Sentry, PostHog, Vitest

You're a fit if:

• Senior full-stack, deep in the Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres world
• You've built multi-tenant systems and know your way around row-level security
• You take scoped problems and run without hand-holding
• Bonus: you've worked in gaming, creator economy, or agency tooling and get the customer

The setup:

• Starts as a paid contract so we both feel it out, real path to founding-engineer equity if it clicks
• Remote, async-friendly, ability to move fast
