Volunteer Trainer

We’re looking for passionate volunteer trainers to join our coding school and inspire the next generation of creators! You’ll have the opportunity to teach and mentor students in one of three exciting tracks:
AI Studio – Dive into artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cutting-edge AI tools.
Game Development – Guide students in building games, from design to deployment.
Code Studio – Teach foundational and advanced programming skills across languages and frameworks.
This is a fully remote role with a highly flexible schedule, allowing you to coordinate sessions based on mutual availability. Whether you’re a seasoned developer, a tech enthusiast, or an educator, your expertise can make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
Lead online training sessions in your chosen track (AI, Game Dev, or Coding).
Adapt to students’ learning paces and provide personalized guidance.
Collaborate with our team to shape engaging, hands-on curricula.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Who You Are
Age 15+ (with parental consent) or 16+ (independent participation).
Fluent in Romanian (primary language for instruction and communication).
Passionate about technology, education, or mentorship—no formal teaching experience required!
Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.
Open to a flexible schedule, with sessions arranged by mutual agreement.
