AI / LLM Trainer

We are looking for an AI/LLM Trainer to help build and improve Antramic’s domain-specific intelligence for the creator economy. The role involves preparing and curating high-quality datasets, designing training and evaluation examples, fine-tuning open-source language models using techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA, testing reasoning quality, reducing hallucinations, and continuously improving model performance.

The ideal candidate should understand LLM training pipelines, supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, embeddings, RAG, model evaluation, and data quality. You will work on teaching models to deeply understand creator content, audience behavior, platform algorithms, hooks, content performance, industries, monetization opportunities, and creator-specific patterns.

Experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, PEFT, dataset engineering, and modern open-source LLMs is strongly preferred.
