SAP Client Partner

Role Overview

The SAP Client Partner is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving business growth, and overseeing SAP program delivery. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client and internal SAP delivery teams to ensure successful execution and long-term partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic SAP client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth through new opportunities, renewals, and expansions
• Lead SAP program governance, delivery oversight, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop solutions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SAP portfolio
• Oversee contract negotiations, SOWs, and commercial discussions
• Ensure SLA adherence and risk mitigation
• Support digital transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, BTP, cloud migration)

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting or account management
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, BTP, ECC, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience managing enterprise-level clients
• Proven track record in revenue growth and account expansion
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in handling multi-million-dollar SAP programs
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global clients (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, banking, retail)
• MBA or relevant business qualification
• SAP certifications are a plus
