Finance Manager

Position summary:If you enjoy being the person who knows what’s going on, takes responsibility, and makes things happen - this could be the role for you!Join BATM Networks as our Finance Manager for the US site located in Mansfield, MA, and take real ownership of the financial and operational activity of the American entity.This is a hands-on role where Finance & Controllership are at the core, combined with broader responsibility for the day-to-day management of our small US site. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, make an impact, and be a key partner to both the local team and BATM’s global organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead the US site's finance and controllership activities
Manage all finance and accounting operations including billing, suppliers, payments, payroll, fixed assets and cost accounting
Prepare tax reports and ensure timely reporting to US authorities
Partner with the global Finance team and external auditors to ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
Take ownership of the site's day-to-day administrative and operational needs

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Controller or Finance Manager in global companies
Strong hands-on accounting and controllership background
Experience with US accounting and tax requirements
Knowledge of IFRS
Strong Excel skills
SAP Business One - advantage
