As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional execution of product initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will manage multiple product workstreams, drive alignment across squads, and ensure high adoption of released features. This role requires customer empathy, strong communication, and a deep understanding of product development best practices.

This is a full-time (40 hours) hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.

Compensation

Base Salary range for this position is $137,200 - $165,000. This range reflects the base salary for this position. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

· Define product strategy and vision, translating business goals and market insight into a prioritized, outcomes-driven roadmap, tying roadmap decisions to measurable retention and expansion-revenue outcomes

· Make and defend data-informed prioritization calls across competing squad and stakeholder demands

· Conduct customer interviews and competitive research to gather, prioritize, and synthesize market requirements into a clear strategic point of view

· Analyze support ticket trends and product usage data to surface reliability and quality issues that inform roadmap priorities

· Develop business cases for key product investments and partner with engineering and leadership to evaluate and implement AI-driven product capabilities and other product initiatives that infuse customer delight

· Lead end-to-end execution of product workstreams, driving alignment across squads to ensure timely delivery and customer adoption

· Collaborate with UX, Engineering and other key stakeholders to design and validate solutions that align with the business case and customer satisfaction goals

· Track roadmap progress, communicate risks, and proactively manage scope; own product launch plans and various success metrics such as NRR, adoption and customer retention metrics

· Leverage AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Claude, MCP-connected tools) to accelerate documentation, research, and cross-functional communication, and contribute to reusable AI prompt frameworks that standardize repeatable PM processes

· Provide strategic input on product marketing content, release documentation, help content, and other sales enablement activities

· Complete other duties as assigned by Agile Frameworks management

Ideal Work Experience and Skills

· 8+ years’ experience working in a software development environment required

· Proven track record as a Product Manager owning a complex, multi-module SaaS platform required

· Prior experience with engineering services workflows—or comparable environments involving scheduling, field data collection, laboratory processes, and reporting—demonstrating an understanding of operational complexity and end-to-end workflow execution — preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience

· Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills

· Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills, with strong presentation ability

· Experience with Jira and Agile development methodologies; proficient in Confluence and Notion for documentation and cross-functional collaboration; understanding of user analytic tools such as Pendo and FullStory

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a consistent track record of following through on commitments

· Highly self-motivated and effective working with virtual, cross-functional teams across diverse backgrounds; demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, evidenced by product decisions made with incomplete data

· Demonstrated ability to hold a data-backed position under pushback from Sales, Customer Success, or executive leadership

Travel Requirements

10% travel may be required for this position.
