Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems, processes, and solutions.
• Lead automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation, system, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Improve existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing software, equipment, or business systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in automation engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, programming, and system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, robotics, industrial controls, or software automation.
• Knowledge of Python, C#, Java, PowerShell, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing tools.
