Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with expertise in Anthropic Claude, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Enterprise AI Deployments. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy production-scale AI applications powered by Claude. You will act as the bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering teams, helping organizations transform business workflows using Generative AI while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using Anthropic Claude models.
• Build and implement:
• AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Systems
• Multi-Agent Solutions
• Custom Tool Integrations
• Develop customer-facing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI safety guardrails.
• Create reusable deployment patterns, accelerators, and AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve AI adoption.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide hands-on deployment support.
• Document architectures, best practices, and implementation playbooks.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and Claude capabilities.

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to travel to customer locations when required.
