Senior ServiceNow Developer, 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, hold a ServiceNow Developer Certification, Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom solutions across ITSM and related modules
Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
Implement and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, and approvals
Design and support integrations using RESTSOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems
7 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Important and preferred Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform architecture
Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom UI development
Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and MID Server configurations
Strong understanding of CMDB design, CSDM, and data modeling
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
