Title: Founding CTO — Sight Beyond Sight Technology

About us:
We're building a shared robotics platform spanning security, disaster response, and industrial infrastructure — hardware and intelligence layers designed to work together across multiple product lines. Early-stage, pre-seed, founded by someone who's spent years in the field, not a boardroom.

The role:
As founding CTO, you'll own hardware and software architecture end-to-end — turning validated platform designs into shipped, deployable product. Scope includes web design/development and ownership of employee- and customer-facing portals (you have discretion to outsource this piece as the team grows). You'll be hands-on in the earliest stages, building and hiring the engineering team as milestones are hit, and have a direct seat in company-wide decisions like site selection and technical hiring.

What we're looking for:

• Proven hardware/software engineering leadership — we need someone who's done this before, not someone learning the role
• Comfort being hands-on early and building a team later
• High tolerance for ambiguity and pre-seed-stage resourcefulness
• A genuine pull toward the mission, not just the equity
• Someone who'll tell us where we're wrong, not just execute orders

Compensation:
Equity cofounder stake (standard 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff). Post-seed cash draw available in addition to equity once the raise closes.
