About WorldChangers
WorldChangers is the first BCI (Brain Computer Interface) startup accelerator in the US.

The Role
As a Marketing Intern at WorldChangers, you own our voice. You decide what we say, where we say it, and how we say it. You will build our content strategy from scratch, execute it, and tell us what is working and what is not.
We do not want someone who will execute tasks handed to them. We want someone who will tell us what tasks we should be doing.

What you will do:
Develop and own WorldChangers' content strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Plan, edit, and publish content — including founder stories, investor insights, and entrepreneurship perspectives
Manage our social media presence and community engagement
Analyze performance data across channels and translate it into clear recommendations
Develop broader marketing strategies to grow both our founder and investor communities
Collaborate with venture scouts to turn their entrepreneurship videos into polished content

What you will NOT do:
Post random content and hope it works
Copy what everyone else in the startup space is doing
Wait for approval on every decision

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred background:
Experience creating content that has actually reached people — blog, newsletter, social media, YouTube, anything
Experience managing or growing a social media account (personal or professional)
Prior experience working at, founding, or being deeply involved in a startup — you need to understand the world you are writing about
Strong written English

Must have:
An eye for what makes content worth sharing
Comfort with data — you should be able to look at analytics and know what they mean
Video editing experience
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without constant guidance
Genuine interest in startups, venture capital, and the tech ecosystem

Nice to have:
Experience with LinkedIn growth specifically
Understanding of deep-tech or B2B startup content
Existing audience of any size in the startup or tech space
