Web Designer - Junior

About the role
Troopr Labs builds enterprise AI products trusted by companies like Netflix, Snowflake, Spotify, and 600+ enterprises worldwide. Our products help teams automate work with AI. As a Web & Design Intern, you'll help shape how our brands look and feel across websites, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing collateral while working closely with our product and marketing teams.

What you will do

1. Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow across our product websites and landing pages.
2. Create marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blog graphics, social media creatives, and digital ad assets.
3. Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency across brands and touchpoints.
4. Translate rough briefs into polished, production-ready designs with minimal supervision.
5. Create responsive web layouts and visual assets that balance aesthetics with usability.
6. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support launches and campaigns.

What we are looking for

1. 1+ year of experience with Webflow — you've actually built or shipped websites/pages in it, not just familiar with the concept. This is a must-have.
2. A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design work across web, branding, or marketing projects.
3. Comfortable designing in Figma.
4. Ships work, then improves it. Speed matters here.

Nice to have
Basic HTML and CSS. Experience with B2B or SaaS brands.
