The Role
Work alongside our Operations & Revenue Manager and own the day-to-day heartbeat of our field operations. This is a people-first, systems-minded role — you'll be the connective tissue between technicians, contractors, and clients.

This role comes with a meaningful equity ownership opportunity, vesting over time — the same structure we've extended to other key team members. As we expand into new markets, ownership mentality is central to how we build.

What You'll Do

Own scheduling and dispatch for technicians and contractors
Lead contractor onboarding — paperwork, systems training, setup for success
Visit properties regularly for quality control
Identify gaps in current processes and implement better systems
Be the go-to problem solver when field issues come up
Build strong relationships with contractors, technicians, and clients

What We're Looking For

A genuine people person who builds trust fast
Fluent across technology ie (Microsoft products, claude, chat, ai, general ability to figure out new technology quickly)
A natural problem solver who takes ownership
Comfort building and implementing systems, not just following them
Background in coordination, dispatch, customer service, hospitality, or property management (facilities experience a plus, not required)
Reliable transportation, willing to travel across Minnesota
Full-time availability
