Role Overview
The Product Manager Intern will support the product team in defining and improving Finzo AI's account payable, account receivable, compliance, reconciliation and AI-driven workflow capabilities.
The role combines product management, business analysis, finance-domain research, competitive intelligence and AI-product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery
● Understand finance and accounts-payable workflows.
● Research enterprise finance processes.
● Understand pain points around:
○ Accounts Payable
○ Account Receivables
○ Invoice processing
○ Purchase orders
○ Goods receipt
○ Reconciliation
○ GST
○ TDS
○ MSME compliance
● Conduct user and stakeholder interviews.
● Convert business problems into product opportunities.

Product Planning
● Support Finzo AI's product roadmap.
● Prioritize features based on:
○ Customer impact
○ Business value
○ Technical feasibility
○ Compliance requirements
● Maintain product backlog.
● Assist with sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Product Requirements
● Convert business requirements into:
○ User stories
○ Product requirements
○ Functional specifications
○ Acceptance criteria
● Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements.
● Validate delivered features against requirements.

AI Product Development
● Help define AI-driven workflows.
● Analyze AI-agent behaviour and outputs.
● Work with engineering teams on:
○ AI workflow design
○ Human-in-the-loop processes
○ Reviewer/approval experiences
○ Automation workflows
● Help define metrics for AI accuracy and automation rates.

Required Skills
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
○ Business
○ Engineering
○ Computer Science
○ Economics
○ Finance
○ Related field
● Strong written and verbal communication.
● Strong analytical ability.
● Structured problem-solving.
● Comfortable working with ambiguity.
● Interest in B2B SaaS, fintech or ERP products.

Good to Have
● Previous product management internship.
