Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise software platforms such as LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS, knowledge management systems, or similar applications.
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, platform configuration, governance, troubleshooting, data quality, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and enterprise identity management, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning workflows, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation platforms, and workflow management tools used within enterprise software environments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization, branding, and user experience improvements.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, Google Analytics, and leveraging data to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
