Position:

Product Manager for the world’s greatest veterinary Practice Management Solution (Shepherd).

Your Mission:

Become the link between our innovative software and the veterinary practices that use it. Use your product management experience and passion for solving customer problems to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and deliver features that unlock our users' efficiency, enabling them to take home more stories and less stress.

What you will do:

• Work with the Product Team Lead, Director of Veterinary Medicine, CX, Sales, and Engineering to define feature priorities and deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Build feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders, such as CX, Sales, and Marketing, to continuously inform product decisions and priorities.
• Write user stories and product requirement documentation for new features, feature enhancements, and bug fixes while driving end-to-end feature delivery with Design and Development teams.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and product usage to understand how users engage with the product and identify opportunities for improvement. When appropriate, engage end users directly to better understand their workflows and needs.
• Perform competitive research and data analysis to evaluate opportunities, validate product decisions, and prioritize future investments using a data-driven approach.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for SaaS products. Experience in Animal Health is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication styles.
• Proven track record of owning software features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Possess a strong customer mindset, with a track record of keeping customers at the center of your product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions.
