🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Lead Software Engineer

🌎 Location : US | 100% Remote

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead Software Engineer to join a technology organization building innovative solutions for Tax professionals.

This is a leadership role for an experienced engineer who wants to increase their impact without stepping away from the code. You’ll lead 1–3 engineering teams while continuing to contribute hands-on, set technical direction, and help modernize a complex technology landscape.

🔹 What you’ll work with:

• Python / Node.js / React

• .NET / C# / Angular

• Azure, Kubernetes & Containers

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, etc.)

• CI/CD & automated testing

• AI Agents / Agentic SDLC

• Architecture, modernization & full-stack engineering

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead from the keyboard and contribute code regularly

• Define architecture and technical direction

• Drive modernization from .NET/C#/Angular toward Python/Node/React

• Lead, mentor and grow engineering teams

• Build and orchestrate AI agents across the SDLC

• Own quality, security, automation and production support

• Partner with teams and stakeholders to deliver predictable outcomes

We’re looking for someone who is both a strong technical practitioner and an effective people leader, with a passion for AI-assisted engineering and continuous learning.
