Data Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Owner to lead the vision strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprise data products and analytics capabilities This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders data engineering teams data architects analytics teams and executive leadership to ensure data platforms deliver measurable business value The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen data engineering knowledge cloud data platform expertise and Agile product ownership experience in largescale data transformation initiatives cloud modernization and insurance or financial services domains is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Own the vision roadmap and delivery of enterprise data products and platforms

Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize data initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes

Translate business requirements into product features user stories and acceptance criteria

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value

Collaborate with Data Engineering Architecture Analytics and Governance teams to deliver scalable data solutions

Drive adoption usability and continuous improvement of data products across the organization

Define product KPIs and monitor performance quality and business impact

Lead stakeholder discussions requirements workshops and roadmap reviews

Ensure alignment between business priorities technology strategy and delivery execution

Champion data quality governance security and compliance requirements

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress risks and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Data Analytics Data Engineering Data Management or Business Intelligence
• 3 years of experience as a Data Product Owner Product Manager or Data Program Lead
• Experience owning product roadmaps backlogs and delivery outcomes
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing Data Lakes ETL ELT Data Modeling and Data Governance
• Strong Agile Scrum product ownership experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into product features and user stories
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams including Business Data Engineering Analytics and Architecture
• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience
• Experience with Databricks Snowflake Synapse Azure Data Factory or Power BI is preferred
