Director, Project Finance & Development

Pacifico Energy is building the power infrastructure behind the AI economy — developing gas, renewable, and storage projects to meet the surging energy demands of data centers. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, energy, and deal-making to join our growing team.

What you bring:

• 5-10 years of power and energy experience in banking, project finance, or private equity
• Transaction experience financing gas generation, renewable, and storage projects
• Strong technical modeling and analytical skills — you don't just build the model, you know what's driving it and own it
• Ability to translate the numbers into real economic impact for the business
• A track record of working cross-functionally, influencing teams and managing people
• Confidence presenting to senior executives, both internally and with external partners and counterparties
• Hard-working, self-motivated mindset — you run through walls to get the job done
• Nimbleness and curiosity — you're quick on your feet and always willing to learn
