  • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 or more years in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech commercial organizations.
  • Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, relational databases, and large-scale data analysis, with hands-on experience using ANSI SQL and/or Hive SQL.
  • Reporting tools: Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence and visualization platforms.
  • Commercial data familiarity: Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, including Veeva CRM, patient hub, specialty pharmacy, and syndicated claims data.
  • Leadership capabilities: Strong communication, strategic thinking, project leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through influence.

Preferred experience includes Snowflake, Hive, Spark, Python or R, AI/ML, automation, and digital analytics. Bring your commercial analytics expertise to a role where modern reporting and actionable insights can help shape the future of the US Hematology/Nephrology business.
