About The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager / Lead Software Architect to drive architecture, delivery, and modernization across mission‑critical enterprise software programs. This role blends deep technical leadership with hands‑on system design, guiding engineering teams and customer stakeholders through complex, high‑value initiatives. You’ll shape technical strategy, lead multi‑team execution, introduce modern SDLC and AI‑assisted engineering practices, and help build world‑class software used by millions.

We build cutting-edge products for large enterprises and government agencies that appreciate innovation. If you enjoy working with talented teammates to solve complex challenges, we'd love for you to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor engineers and elevate engineering quality through reviews and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical program management.
  • Strong full‑stack engineering background with hands‑on experience in: C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, React or Angular, Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience leading multi‑team technical programs or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision‑making.
  • Comfortable producing long‑form technical content and presenting to executives and customers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex technical programs end‑to‑end.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real‑time data systems, distributed computing, or high‑performance visualization.
  • Background in enterprise architecture, SDLC transformation, or engineering productivity programs.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development workflows, responsible AI guardrails, or spec‑driven engineering.
  • Consulting experience or customer‑embedded delivery.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines (web, mobile, backend, cloud, DevOps, data).

Cultural Fit

While we hire all kinds of people and invent roles to fit them, there are four key traits we require of every team member that really define our team.

  • Fun to Work With - Life is short and work should be fun.
  • Smart - We work on cutting-edge hard problems. We need people who are quick learners, can anticipate needs, and solve problems independently while working with an intelligent peer group.
  • Passionate & Proactive - We need people who really love their work and exhibit the energy and creativity that comes from being fully engaged in what you do.
  • Adaptable - We hire team members for specific roles, but we expect adaptability as the business needs change and evolve.
