Job Description:

Responsible for using LLM/NLP technology to understand and generate natural language, including intent recognition, slot extraction, slot inheritance, semantic matching, response generation, etc., to build intelligent verbal/textual assistants and agents. Leading work such as dataset construction, model training, model evaluation, and collaborates across teams to define product roadmaps. Responsible for exploring SOTA natural-language understanding technologies, including LLM, model distillation, ASR, multi-turn semantic understanding, knowledge fusion, etc., and applying artificial intelligence algorithms to wearable devices.

What you will be doing:

Bring Frontier AI Into the Product:

You will track what is happening in the AI industry and bring cutting edge technology into our product. We are looking for someone who can drive our product and UX into next level, instead of maintaining what it is today.

Set the Technical Standards:

You will define dataset standards, evaluation metrics, and application architecture. Your technical judgment will not be limited to execution; it will directly shape the product’s behavior, boundaries, and set quality bars.

Define the Product Direction:

You will work closely with local product and research teams to define our product and roadmap. What should the assistant understand? How should it respond? In which scenarios should it proactively engage with the user? These are product-defining questions, and you will help answer them.

Lead the team by examples:

You will lead a group of ML engineers, by example, together to deliver world class products and User Experience.

Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor or above degree in computer science or related subject
• 3+ years of handson experience in building AI/ML applications
• Deep understanding of DL/NLP theoretical knowledge
• Experience in training and deploying deep neural networks, and possess strong data thinking abilities
• Strong ownership and a result driven approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience in building or leading a team is a plus
