💼 Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years Experience in Bench Sales.

🔍 Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients
🤝 Market bench consultants to vendors and implementation partners
📞 Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
📝 Screen resumes and assess candidate technical fitment
📊 Maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors

✅ Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of US visa types, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Good knowledge of the US Staffing process
