JPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to support a federal government client. This role will support technical writing, documenting requirements, maintaining Microsoft Power Platform suites, meeting facilitation, and overall project management support. This position is well suited for candidates with experience supporting federal cybersecurity agencies. This role requires working across multiple departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinate and review deliverables for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by mapping workflows, building process maps, and writing process guides.
  • Design and develop solutions using the MS Power Platform, including Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboard and analytics
  • Develop junior team members through constructive feedback, coaching, and actionable performance recommendations.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, exercises, and program reviews.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and results effectively to all leadership levels.
  • Support organizations in defining and refining mission, vision, goals, objectives, and priorities.
  • Track action items, client requirements, deliverables, and project plans throughout the lifecycle.
  • Interpret and apply government policies, regulations, and directives to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Lead development of strategic and operational planning goals, objectives, measures, and outcomes using SMART methodologies.
  • Oversee drafting and editing of policy directives, guidance, and instructions.
  • Support the maturation of records management, research, and library information services programs.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience (minimum 6 years required).
  • Experience delivering Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power BI
  • Proven success managing high-complexity projects, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting DHS and/or IT programs strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence and JIRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and convert them into new business opportunities.

JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between 80,000-110,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
