About the job

This remote, project-based role is for U.S.-based healthcare professionals who can create and provide high-quality healthcare data for AI training and research. Deliverables may include synthetic or de-identified clinical scenarios, care workflows, administrative records, coding examples, quality annotations, and other healthcare artifacts grounded in professional practice.

What you’ll do

Create synthetic or properly de-identified healthcare datasets, case records, documentation examples, workflows, and reference materials.
Annotate medical, operational, coding, administrative, or quality-related data using accurate terminology and professional context.
Review contributed data for completeness, consistency, clinical or operational realism, and potential safety issues.
Document provenance and remove protected health information or other restricted content before anything is provided.

Required qualifications

Currently based in the United States.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Relevant healthcare education, credentialing, or substantial experience in clinical care, healthcare operations, administration, quality, or policy.
Strong command of the terminology, workflows, and decision-making standards in at least one healthcare specialty.
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and respect for privacy and data-handling requirements.

Preferred qualifications

Active clinical or professional certification, advanced degree, or specialized healthcare training.
Experience in healthcare education, clinical documentation, utilization review, quality assurance, research, or health technology.
Prior experience reviewing structured content, rubrics, or AI-generated material.

Compensation

$100/hour — Flexible contract projects. Location: United States (remote).
