Position Summary:
The Developer designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. The role involves building and maintaining applications using Python, React.js, Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and AWS services while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams. The Developer applies modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Python-based enterprise solutions that meet client requirements.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Apply test-driven development, automated testing, Agile development principles, and DevSecOps practices throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Evaluate technical requirements and contribute to user story creation, estimation, and implementation planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and application architecture artifacts.
• Develop applications using object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, microservices, databases, and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to generate, review, validate, and optimize code and development workflows.
• Provide accurate estimates for assigned tasks and manage deliverables within project timelines.

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Python.
• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience using React.js.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using JIRA for project and task management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, validation, and development workflow optimization.
• Experience creating accurate estimates for assigned tasks and work efforts.

Pay Rate Range:
$120K–$140K
