About the job
San Francisco preferred, exceptional remote candidates welcome
We're building the demand layer for public discourse.
dLogos turns grassroots audience demand for conversations — votes, pledges, campaigns — into structured intelligence that makes important podcast episodes happen. Think Change.org meets Kickstarter, but for getting the right people talking on podcasts. We're pre-seed, actively raising, and moving fast.
The role
We're a small, fast-moving team building the product across every node in the network — fans, hosts, guests, beneficiaries, sponsors. Each one interacts with dLogos differently, and each one needs interfaces, flows, and logic built for how they actually think and act. You'll work directly with both co-founders (no layers, no bureaucracy) to own that build end to end.
You'll ship features from idea to production, and most of those ideas will be yours, or come straight from conversations you have with users. Expect a lot of genuinely hard, complex problems: omni-channel data aggregation across platforms, enrichment pipelines, real-time signal processing, systems that turn messy fan demand into something structured and actionable. We're incredibly AI-native in how we ship — you'll use AI tools as core infrastructure for building, not as a bolt-on, and part of the work is building the systems that turn fan demand signal into something hosts, guests, and sponsors can act on.
We prototype fast, test with real users, and ship. Like everyone here, you'll wear far more hats than your title suggests.
What you need
- Full-stack skills — you can build a frontend that feels good to use and a backend that holds up under load
- Experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL (we run Supabase)
- You've shipped LLM-powered features in production and have real opinions about what works, what hallucinates, and where humans still need to be in the loop
- Comfort with data-heavy problems — aggregation, enrichment, pipelines across multiple sources
- Good product instincts — you notice when something feels off before users report it
- You've handled ambiguous projects where the spec didn't exist yet, and figured out what to build anyway
- Daily fluency with Cursor and Claude Code; you design in Figma and Claude Design and move between design and code without friction
Be clear on what this is
This isn't a 9-5. We're a small team grinding toward a big vision, mid-fundraise, moving insanely fast — if you're the right fit, you could be fully onboarded and shipping within a week. We're looking for people with real, borderline-unreasonable ambition. If that sounds exhausting instead of exciting, this isn't the role.
Why this role
We're under 10 people, and the person we hire now shapes the entire technical foundation of dLogos. Meaningful equity, first engineer on the team. Your code ships to users, not to a backlog. We invest heavily in everyone on the team — you'll grow faster here than at a company with more layers between you and the decisions.
📍 SF strongly preferred — remote open for exceptional candidates
💰 $150K–$210K salary and 1%–4% equity
To apply
Include the word "dialogos" somewhere in your application. This is a filter — if it's missing, we won't consider it. Attention to detail matters here, and this is the easiest test we give you.
Along with your GitHub, shipped products, or portfolio, send a short note covering:
- What you like about dLogos and why
- Why your values align with ours
- What you think is most broken or awful about the product right now
- What you'd want to build first
- Anything else we should know about you
No agencies.
