AML is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint in commercial and industrial markets. If you thrive on hunting new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and closing meaningful, high-value deals, this role was built for you.

The Opportunity
This is a true hunter role. You’ll be responsible for:
• Identifying and engaging new B2B opportunities
• Developing and nurturing a strong sales pipeline
• Managing medium-to-long sales cycles with high average deal values
• Guiding opportunities from first conversation through close
Success in this role comes from initiative, persistence, and strong people skills. In return, we offer an aggressive, uncapped commission plan that allows top performers to earn well into six figures once established.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
• Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
• Financial motivation and a professional, disciplined sales approach
Prior experience in mobile computing or barcoding technology is a definite plus, but not mandatory. We provide training, tools, and support—but your work ethic and sales skills will determine your success.
