What you’ll own

You’ll own measurable growth across acquisition, content, SEO, conversion, and analytics—turning clear customer insights into focused experiments that bring more people to the product and help them succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and evaluate acquisition experiments across promising channels.
• Develop useful content and SEO programs around interview preparation and related customer needs.
• Improve landing pages, onboarding handoffs, and conversion through structured testing.
• Build clear reporting for traffic, activation, conversion, retention signals, and experiment results.
• Translate customer and market insights into positioning, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
• Prioritize the highest-impact work and communicate results with clarity.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience growing a digital product, subscription product, or online service.
• Strong writing, analytical thinking, and experiment design.
• Working knowledge of content, SEO, conversion optimization, and web analytics.
• Ability to connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes.
• Clear communication and comfort owning work in a distributed team.

Useful nice-to-haves

• Experience with product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships.
• Landing-page testing, marketing automation, or lightweight creative production.
• Consumer software, career, productivity, or AI product experience.
• Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams.

Remote work and employment

This is a full-time, remote-only role open to applicants worldwide. We value independent ownership, clear written communication, and thoughtful collaboration across a distributed team. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.

The annual salary range is $150,000–$230,000 USD, depending on location and experience, with 0.1%–0.5% equity available.

Hiring process

The process is fully remote: application review, an introductory video conversation, a role-focused video interview discussing relevant campaigns and growth decisions, and a final remote video conversation.
