About the job
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot Archer applications in production.
Perform production deployments and coordinate release activities.
Support Windows Server and IIS environments.
Maintain and optimize SQL databases.
Manage incidents and changes following ITIL processes.
Monitor applications using Dynatrace, Slack, Watchdog, and Stone Branch.
Develop automation using Shell scripting and Python.
Maintain Confluence documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
Support Ansible and Helios environments.
Participate in on-call support for deployments and urgent production issues.
