ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges enabling their sustained analytics transformation. As a member of our Client Services team, you will lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates who design, execute, and implement cutting edge analytical solutions. You are responsible for institutionalizing data driven insights and recommendations to bring customer strategies to life. An ideal candidate should be able to manage client engagements and relationships while leading internal teams. Your role will involve

generating insights and developing recommendations and communicating strategy and delivery plan with clients. The candidate will become familiar with the strategic direction of our customers and help them translate their goals into action on existing projects while also developing a pipeline of additional project.

As a Enterprise Data Architect, you will:

Required Educational Qualifications

• Enterprise Data Architect with 9+ years of work experience in Azure/AWS/GCP Stack – services core to data modelling, integration, infrastructure, devops, realtime integration
• Experience in the Databricks plus

• Proficient in building temporal data models and has demonstrated scalable data model builds

• Guide and coach the data engineers / business teams when needed and can be hands on during high demand workloads

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the knowledge gaps in the ecosystem

• Participate in architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new, or migrating existing, applications, software and services on the Azure cloud platform

• Strong experience in data pipelines, ETL design (both implementation and maintenance) and data warehousing

• Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve an organizational goal

• Worked in an agile environment and are comfortable running an agile process for the data and analytics team

• Has advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing

• Proficient in engineering best practices (e.g., using Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Consulting background is a plus
