Account managers are constantly pulled in multiple directions—keying information into systems, chasing documents, doing mundane work—rather than focusing on the client interactions that actually matter. Most brokerages either outsource this work or grind through it manually.

We're building an AI platform to automate this insurance drudgery. Our platform already saves customers thousands of hours and millions of dollars every year. About The Role

We’re seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with our customers to implement our technology and build any required customizations. In this role, you will apply your problem‑solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to be a customer’s first resource for implementing AI automations in their company. This role is critical in helping us deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient solutions to brokers and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation and execution of high‑stakes customer engagements and projects, determining customer requirements and how best to apply our AI automations to their workflows.
• Implement and build new features with customers, and integrate them into the core engineering product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant, post‑college work experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong coder with proven proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Excellence in technical documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and many iterations with customers.
• Ability to work 5 days a week from our San Francisco office (open to candidates willing to relocate).

Compensation Range: $140K - $300K
