• Experience owning core systems or features in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Track record shipping fast in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments (0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience)
• Willingness to wear multiple hats beyond pure engineering — support, ops, even early GTM
• Bias toward action and iteration over process and perfect architecture
