We deploy our AI agents and orchestrations to solve a variety of compliance and operational challenges, bringing scale, cost efficiencies and a high degree of determinism to the process.

Location: NYC in-office

We expect the successful candidate to work from Domify's FiDi office NYC 4 days a week. Telecommuting, short NYC stays or relocation are not in consideration at this time.

About the role

We are looking for an all-round, hands-on Senior Platform Engineer to own and build out our AI infrastructure - whether on-prem (hosted by our clients in their environments) or our own SaaS offering. The ideal candidate will be comfortable facing off with client DevOps and Infra teams, and have extensive experience deploying enterprise grade infra. They will also have the opportunity to step in and help colleagues build and ship product-grade AI features. Some client on-site travel may be required as needs arise, in a quasi-FDE role.

What you will do (required skills):

• Build and operate Kubernetes (EKS) workloads, plus portable deployments that run inside client environments across cloud providers.
• Own our infrastructure as code in Terraform, building modular, reusable configurations for both our infrastructure and our clients'.
• Manage release delivery with Helm and build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions covering build, test, scan, and deploy.
• Stand up observability — telemetry, logging, alerting, and on-call-ready dashboards — using AWS-native tooling and EKS log pipelines.
• Run PostgreSQL in production: connection pooling, query and index tuning, backups, replication, and failover.
• Forward-deploy the stack into client infrastructure and contribute to product engineering (Python, React) as startup priorities demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5yrs of work experience in enterprise software and deployments.
• Production Kubernetes on EKS and deep AWS experience, plus working competence in a second cloud and a track record of cloud-agnostic deployments that run outside your own account.
• Strong command of infrastructure as code and delivery tooling: Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
• PostgreSQL operations — load management, tuning, replication, backup and restore — and observability across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Python strong enough to contribute to product code, on top of solid Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.

Good to have:

• Prior experience with enterprise FinTech, preferably in an AI / ML role
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc)
• Hands-on experience with new product delivery, ideally within startups.
• Domain expertise in financial services, wealth and investment management
