What You’ll Do
Architect & Scale: Build end-to-end full-stack web platforms and backend microservices using Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and Python.
AI & Automation Systems: Integrate LLMs, vector search (pgvector/Pinecone), autonomous agents, and AI workflow pipelines into production applications.
Database & Data Pipelines: Design optimized relational schemas (PostgreSQL/Supabase) and caching mechanisms (Redis) to deliver high reliability and low latency.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and manage cloud deployments on AWS or Vercel.
Technical Leadership: Drive code reviews, establish engineering standards, and collaborate closely with product design and founding team members.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production-grade applications.
Core Expertise:
Frontend: Deep experience with TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and modern UI frameworks.
Backend: Strong skills in Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
AI/LLM Integration: Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector storage, and automated agent orchestration.
Database & Infra: Mastery of PostgreSQL, query optimization, Docker, and AWS deployment strategies.
Mindset: Proactive problem solver who thrives in remote startup settings, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership from spec to deployment.
