Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SDET / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and scalability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and test automation skills, along with hands-on experience in manual testing, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform API, performance, load, and database testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test applications built using both monolithic and microservices architectures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in SDET, QA Automation, or Software Testing.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and JMeter.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and API validation.
• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures and their testing approaches.
